Mantra is a Sanskrit word which cannot be exactly translated - the closest English expression is "words protective of the heart-mind". It is said when we come together to open our hearts, and raise up our collective voice to call out to the highest, that highest comes rushing near. Opening and welcoming to all. Katherine and Simon are dear friends and share a passion for sharing Bhakti Yoga, the path of love and devotion, with everyone they meet.
